Our Purpose:
"The Hygiene Community Association seeks to encourage and enhance the sense of community in Hygiene while working to preserve the rural, agricultural character and heritage of this historic town and surrounding area. We aim to improve the experience of all who live in and come to Hygiene, while staying true to the intrinsic nature of our community."
